With extensive experience in the insurance, financial and technology business; my work has focused on the development of traditional sales channels (insurance intermediaries) and non-traditional channels. I have managed business units and sales teams, supervising various activities related, such as training, coaching, tracking, product development and the design of business strategies. I have focused mainly on personal and corporate insurance and financial solutions, implementing benefit programs, developing marketing strategies and achieving the entailment and maintenance of clients through different insurance and financial solutions. Actually I work in Oracle us Customer Experience Cloud Regional Leader, focused in positioning and open new markets in cloud solutions in Chile.
